The Landmark of Riverhead is designed to become a true landmark. This four-story mixed-use building will set the new luxury standard in downtown Riverhead. Like our sister property Summerwind Square, the Landmark will feature luxury apartments on the top floors and a boutique retail and dining extravaganza on the lower level. One of the Landmark’s objectives is to create a walkable unique indoor/outdoor dining and boutique shopping experience for both residents and visitors.

Set alongside the Peconic River, downtown Riverhead continues to expand upon its growing tourism and has become a cultural hub on eastern Long Island. Downtown Riverhead has grown into a desirable location to live and shop as tourism has increased, restaurants are continuing to cater to families, and the nightlife has grown since the revival of the Suffolk Theater and numerous town-sponsored events that feature well-known artists.
